Order Processing

Once your order is placed, it will be reviewed and processed.
RubyandMillienyc.com ships orders Monday through Thursday.

• Orders received between 11:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST will be processed within 3 business days and shipped via USPS.
• Orders placed outside of these hours, on holidays, or over the weekend will begin processing on the next business day.
• Orders ship from our facility in New York.
  
  

We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with our Terms and Conditions.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time, including to Canada.
• Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
• Please make sure your shipping address is a valid residential or business address.
